We build AI to assist people, not to replace accountability. Every system we deploy is designed with human oversight, clear boundaries, and your business goals in mind.

• Building custom AI agents, automations, and voice agents for clients.
• Drafting, summarising, and processing content within clearly defined workflows.
• Improving the quality, speed, and reliability of the solutions we deliver.

3.Data used by AI systems

AI systems we build may process business data you provide so they can perform their tasks. We use the minimum data necessary, and only for the purpose agreed with you.

• We do not use your confidential data to train third-party public models.
• Client data is kept separated, and access is limited to those who need it.

4.Human oversight

A person remains responsible for the systems we deploy. We define when an AI agent may act autonomously and when it must escalate to a human.

5.Accuracy & limitations

AI can make mistakes. We build validation, guardrails, and fallbacks into our systems, but outputs should be reviewed wherever decisions carry material consequences.

6.Third-party AI providers

We may use reputable third-party model providers. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms; we choose providers with appropriate data-protection commitments and, where possible, no-training guarantees.

7.Security & confidentiality

AI-related data is protected with the same care as all other data we handle — encrypted in transit, access-controlled, and retained only as long as needed.

8.Your choices

Clients can define what their AI systems may and may not do, what data they can access, and may request changes to or deletion of that data at any time.

9.Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as our practices and the underlying technology evolve.
